  • Economic Development – helping to shape policies, strategies and plans to build viable and sustainable enterprises, create employment and income generation opportunities, and expand and diversify the economy.
  • Organisational Development (OD) – helping to build organisations, and in particular, government departments and entities, that can provide effective and efficient services and contribute meaningfully to the country?s development.
  • People Development – helping organisations to develop their people?s capacity, through sound needs assessment, HRD planning and training.
